Cancellation Policy


Before Shipment

Customers can cancel their order before it has been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at:
care@ghouseapparel.in

  • Once approved, the order will be cancelled
  • Refund will be processed within 3–5 working days


After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
However, customers may initiate a return after delivery (as per return policy below).

At Ghouse Apparel, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable.

Return Window

You can request a return within 07 days of delivery.


Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Incorrect item received
  • Size issues
  • Change of mind


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Must be returned with original packaging, tags, and labels intact
  • Invoice or proof of purchase is required


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount
  • Innerwear products
  • Accessories
  • Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or altered


Exchange Policy

We offer easy exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues
  • Exchanges are applicable for the same product only (no product change)
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at care@ghouseapparel.in within 07 days of delivery or use our website to initiate a return.
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Product images (if applicable)
  3. Our team will schedule a free pickup within 2–5 working days
  4. Once the product is received and verified, refund/exchange will be processed


Refund Policy


Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after product verification
  • It may take an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account


Refund Methods

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery Orders:
    • Bank transfer
    • Or store credit (as preferred)


Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Discount coupons are one-time use and will not be reinstated after return/cancellation


Free Gifts & Partial Returns

  • If your order included a free gift, it must be returned along with the product
  • Partial returns are allowed (item-level returns)


Damaged / Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 07 days of delivery
  • Share images for quick verification
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund
